Information we process

When you submit a Product Fit Check, we may collect your name, company, business email, country or region, product need, project type and stage, budget range, expected start date, and any additional context you provide.

We may also process the regional site version, landing path, referrer, and campaign parameters. Tizy does not request sensitive personal information or information about minors; please do not place it in free-text fields.

Each valid request is sent in full by email to contacto@tizy.com.co for review by authorized personnel. Tizy does not maintain a separate lead database, use a CRM, or send this information to analytics or advertising platforms at this time.

03

Purposes

We use the information only to:

  • Receive, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry.
  • Assess potential fit between your need and Tizy’s services.
  • Contact you by email about the request.
  • Prepare conversations, estimates, or pre-contractual proposals.
  • Preserve evidence of authorization.
  • Prevent fraud, spam, and abusive use.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to rights requests.
  • Marketing communications require separate, optional consent.
05

Service providers and international processing

Amazon Web Services temporarily processes the submission to send it by email. Google Workspace receives and stores that email in Tizy’s mailbox. These providers may use infrastructure outside Colombia and process the information on Tizy’s behalf under their security, confidentiality, and data-processing terms.

Information may also be disclosed to authorities when required by law or a valid order.

06

Retention

Leads that do not become clients will be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction and then deleted or anonymized.

An inquiry email that does not become a contractual relationship will be reviewed and removed from the operational mailbox after the stated period. If an engagement begins, necessary information moves to client records and is retained under the applicable contractual, accounting, tax, and legal schedule.

To limit repeated submissions, Tizy temporarily converts the IP address into a cryptographic identifier inside the process serving the form. The readable IP address is not included in the email or a lead database, and the counter is marked for automatic deletion after its operating window. Technical service logs do not include form contents and are retained for 30 days.

07

Your rights

You may request access, correction, updating, evidence of authorization, information about use, withdrawal of authorization, or deletion when legally available. You may also file a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing the request process with Tizy.

08

Requests and complaints

Send requests to contacto@tizy.com.co with the subject “Personal Data Request,” including your name, enough information to verify identity, the request, a response channel, and supporting documents when needed.

Colombian statutory response periods are ten business days for inquiries and fifteen business days for claims, subject to extensions of five and eight additional business days respectively after notice.

09

Security

Tizy uses administrative and technical controls proportionate to risk to limit access, protect transmission and storage, prevent loss or unauthorized use, and manage incidents. No system is completely secure; Tizy reviews and reasonably improves its controls.

10

Browser storage and analytics

The website currently uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking tools. The form uses temporary session storage to preserve the landing path, referrer, and campaign parameters during the visit. This information is transmitted to Tizy only when the individual authorizes and submits the form.

Tizy uses Google Search Console to understand the site’s general performance in search results; domain verification does not install an analytics tag on this page. If Tizy adds non-essential tracking in the future, this policy will be updated and the appropriate consent controls will be applied.

11

Applicable law and changes

Because Tizy is established in Colombia, this policy follows Colombian data-protection law. Mandatory rights available under the law of a visitor’s location are not limited by this notice.

Material changes to the controller’s identity or processing purposes will be communicated before implementation. New consent will be requested when a new purpose requires it.
